By placing an order with Smarttronix, you accept our Terms and Conditions. These govern the use of our online shop, the purchase process, payment terms, shipping, returns, and warranty.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries, and services via the Smarttronix online shop. By placing an order, customers accept the following terms and conditions.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

All offers in the online shop are non-binding and subject to change. A purchase contract is concluded as soon as Smarttronix confirms the order by email.

3. Prices and payment conditions

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. The prices stated at the time of order apply.
Payment can be made either in advance, by credit card, Twint or other payment methods offered in the shop.

4. Delivery and shipping

Delivery typically takes place within 2–5 business days from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process. Deliveries are currently only available within Switzerland.

5. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Smarttronix until full payment has been made.

6. Return and cancellation

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the goods have been inspected.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. In case of defects or malfunctions, please contact our customer service: info@smarttronix.ch.

8. Data protection

Smarttronix treats all customer data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. It will not be shared with third parties without express consent.

9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless the law stipulates another mandatory place of jurisdiction.
